**Processing Time:**

- All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

**Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:**

- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- We offer standard shipping via Canada Post or USPS].

- Delivery estimates will be provided to you during checkout based on your location and the shipping method chosen.

 

**Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:**

- You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking numbers once your order has shipped. The tracking number(s) will be active within 5 hours after the confirmation email.

**Damages:**

- Patras.ca is not liable for any products damaged, stolen or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
